It worked well, the price felt fair, so I’m happy with it overall.

Grabbed the WiFi at the airport, super quick. Counter was easy to spot, staff checked my booking, handed over the device, and I was done in a few minutes. Zero stress after landing.

It worked okay for the most part, but the connection would randomly drop sometimes, which got annoying. Not terrible, but definitely not as reliable as I was hoping.

I found ninjawifi.com really easy to use. In my opinion, the whole booking process felt straightforward, I was able to find the WiFi options quickly, and checkout didn’t take much time at all. I also used it on my phone, and the pages loaded without any issues. Nothing felt confusing, which I definitely appreciated

i was able to cancel my Ninja WiFi booking, so that part worked out okay. the rules just weren’t super clear, and i ended up checking them a few times to make sure i wasn’t missing anything. it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it could definitely be simpler.

Getting the device started wasn’t too hard, but I was a little unsure about the first few steps. I had to restart it a couple of times before it finally worked, though I’m not totally sure if that was something I did wrong or just the setup process. Overall it’s not bad, but it could definitely be a bit clearer.

I had to cancel my WiFi order i was kind of expecting the refund process to be a pain. Surprisingly, Ninja Wifi handled it quickly. Support got back to me politely, explained what to expect, and the money showed up a few days later just like they said. I wouldn’t say I was thrilled to have to cancel in the first place, but the refund itself was easy enough, so I can’t really complain.

I’ve usually stuck with another brand for stuff like this, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about switching. But this little device fits easily in my bag and worked just fine when I needed it. Still a bit loyal to my usual brand, but this one definitely did the job.

Booking was quick and easy, and I didn’t run into any issues. That said, if things get more complicated next time, I’d probably look at other options.

Pickup was easy enough and the WiFi worked well while I was traveling between cities. It definitely made using maps and translation apps way less stressful. That said, there was a small hiccup at the start and I expected someone to apologize for the inconvenience, but overall it did the job for my trip abroad

I used Ninja Wifi during my trip to Japan it worked well. The connection was solid most of the time, which made getting around so much easier. The battery lasted for most of the day as long as I wasn’t using it nonstop, but I did have to charge it again in the evening. I kind of regret not being more prepared for that from the start, so I ended up carrying a power bank just in case. It wasn’t perfect, but overall it was easy to use and definitely saved me a lot of hassle.

I’m not sure what else people expect, but the pocket wifi I got was in really good shape. No scratches, nothing broken, and the battery seemed fine to me. It was easy to carry around, came with the charger and pouch, and everything looked clean. Returning it was simple too, so I really don’t have anything to complain about.

We used Ninja Wifi on our trip, i wasn’t totally sure it would handle all our stuff, but it mostly did. We had 2 phones, an iPad, and my laptop connected, and it kept everything online well.

Setup was simple, which I appreciated because I didn’t want to mess with swapping SIM cards or chasing down cafe wifi every time we went out. The speed did get a little sluggish when multiple devices were streaming, so I wouldn’t call it flawless, but for maps, messages, and regular browsing, it was fine.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the battery life could definitely be better, and I had to keep an eye on it more than I wanted. Still, for what we needed, it did the job better than I expected...

I used NINJA WiFi on my Japan trip it made things so much easier. Maps opening right away, train apps updating when I needed them, even video calls with family back home. No big waiting around. No guessing where I was. Just worked, even in those packed areas.

There was one tiny slow patch in a subway station. Like, for a minute or two. Then it was fine again. That was pretty much the only hiccup the whole trip. I’d definitely use it again...
